Upon joining OCP, new employees are engaged in extensive orientation sessions to learn about who we are, what we do, and how we work together. By the end of these sessions, employees have a solid understanding of the College’s mandate and what role he or she plays on the team.
We are conveniently located on Huron Street, just steps away from the St. George subway station, in the heart of the Annex neighbourhood of Toronto.
Our offices combine state of the art technology and work space in a restored heritage property. The College is just steps away from the University of Toronto, Yorkville and downtown. We are surrounded by some of the best shops and restaurants in the city.
The College also offers flexible work arrangements. More than half of our staff are currently telecommuting from their home office within the GTA and from other cities within Ontario.
